National League of American Pen Women – Jacksonville Chapter Tour & Lunch – Nov. 14, 2009

We, the members of The National League of American Pen Women, Jacksonville Branch, were honored in November to have one of our own - artist, photographer and author Joanelle Mulrain - present our program. We predict that Joanelle’s fabulous Florence Nightingale Exhibit titled The 39th Nurse (a suite of 7 wonderful paintings and two comprehensive Legacy Panels) is destined to travel around the globe and thrilled thousands of people. With the 100th anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s death in 2010, there will be many tributes paid, but none any better presented or researched than Joanelle’s The 39th Nurse Exhibit. You are to be congratulated, Joanelle Mulrain, on a superb work of art and history. We’re so proud of you!
